WHO: Founded in 1931 by Anna Pieper and her son Gerhard as a small soap shop in Bochum, Parfümerie Pieper operates an e-commerce shop and physical stores across Germany. Dr. Oliver Pieper and Torsten Pieper led the family business into its fourth generation. The retailer has more than 110 locations with a wide range of top international brands, including Chanel, Estée Lauder, and Lancôme.

Founded in 1975, Bogart is an independent French family-owned group listed on Euronext Paris specializing in designing, producing, and distributing perfumes and cosmetics. Its activities are grouped into two divisions: Bogart Fragrances & Cosmetics, with a portfolio of owned and licensed brands of perfumes, skincare, makeup, and haircare products; and Bogart Beauty Retail, with its 450+ selective perfumeries and drugstores.
